I am a Certified QuickBooks online Proadvisor and Xero Certified Advisor. I have been working as a bookkeeper since 2015. I can upload, matching and reconciling your bank statements with accuracy in limited time; categorize all the uncategorized transaction with correct accounts and can provide adjusting entries (if needed).

The following procedure I will maintain when I'm working to your task.

1. Bank/Credit card statement import or manually recorded in QuickBooks online and Xero.

2.Categorize all the uncategorized transaction with correct accounts

3.Matching transaction with previous recorded

4.Fix all the duplicate/wrongly transaction recorded in QuickBooks online and Xero

5.Confirming checks and payment transactions that have cleared in your bank account

6.Recording Service/Bank charge and interest earned in bank accounts

7.Verify that the cleared balance equals the ending balance.

8.Preparing and submitting reconciliation reports as per your required period.

1 Do you have any website so I can understand your business detail?

2. Which accounting method/ basis do you use for your company?

3. Is your bank transactions automatically added bank feed in QuickBooks online and Xero ?
