Hello! I'm Anna.
I am a native italian speaker, and I can provide to you high-quality translations from and to Italian and English.
What I'm offering is not a machine translation, or a word-per-word translation of the text you'll give me, but a text in the target language that will read easily and will convey the same meaning. Of course, this is all without sacrificing precision and, if relevant, technical language.
As a linguistic mediator I strive to always keep in mind the people that will read the translation, whether it's going to be you, a wider public, or potential customers.
Some examples of texts I can translate for you are:
articles and blog posts, songs, emails and other personal documents, product descriptions, or even your task description!
I also am comfortable in translating:
subtitles: I can translate subtitles that will still be readable by the audience without having to change timings. For this I will need the original subtitle files in the proper format, and if possible the corresponding video;
scientific/academic journal papers: I have previously studied Biotechnology at university, so I'm familiar with the related technical terminology. I still research the topic of any text submitted to translate.
Please note: the price is for a text of 500 words. If the text submitted is longer, you will need to pay the same sum for every 500 words (example: for a text of 650 words, the price will still be doubled, the same as a text of 1000 words).

What will you get?
I will deliver the translation in a PDF. This file will contain only the translation, and not the original text.
In case the translation was of the text on a non-editable picture, the file will contain both the picture with the original text, and the translation written below.
In case there are different requirements on either file extension or formatting of the text they will need to be stated upon buying the task, but will likely be accommodated.
Note on delivery times: if the text is longer than 500 words, I will obviously need more time. Please expect about a day of delay in delivery for every 1000 words. Rushed orders can be requested, but may mean additional fees.
