Thanks for taking a look at my profile! I am a freelance business consultant focused on enhancing the growth of Small and Medium sized Businesses (SMB). I am located in Central Virginia, however I service all surrounding areas locally and also provide consulting services to clients across the country!
In the U.S., there are over 30 Million SMBs. Of those business owners, only about 50% ever sought any form of consulting. There are many reasons this happens, here are just a few:
Rise in cost of Traditional and Digital form consulting.
Blanket consulting strategies that do not fully capture the needs of the SMB.
Time required to work with a consultant to develop a strategy.
My goal is to break through those barriers listed above and provide SMB Owners with a high quality consulting solution individually customized to their specific business without breaking their wallet. I understand that SMB Owners may sometimes feel limited in their options for resources, and I'm hoping to solve that challenge. Each solution is custom designed to the goals of the SMB. Deliverable: A developed marketing strategy (usually 8+ pages long plus content calendar examples) in .pdf format.
With every client, I hold an initial meeting to understand the business and the goals needed. I then take that information, add in additional data (Example: Market or Competitor Analysis), and develop a consulting strategy molded to the goals of that business. Additionally, I also offer checkpoint analysis and Business Coaching along the way and even some hands-on options to help the client reach their goals.
