A meal plan will be supplied to you with multiple options to keep things from getting boring .
I will require your current weight to calculate an initial calorie deficit . After about 10 days on this plan we will evaluate progress and may have to adjust calorie needs to suit. Food likes/dislikes/allergies and intolerance's need to be mentioned prior to receiving the final product.
