With more than 16 years of experince in automotive industry (headlamp, fuel and brake booster lines, cable harness) as process designer, I am able to create specification for your product assembly. I know how the things works and how to create effective assembly process of your product. Everything what I need are 3D model of your product, some background and description of product and your company, your prefference of assembly - manual or automatic production line,how many operators will be dedicated on the assembly line, your budget for assembly line (I need to know it, because that assembly concept must fit into your budget).

Please always contact me first, I need to know the scope of the inquiry. (It is not possible to set more than 100USD which is very low for some real deep work.)
What will you get?
Final product will be in the .pdf file (at least 10 A4 pages) (specification for assembly line) which you can use for request for quote from a supplier or just for as a hint how to concept your assembly line.
I can´t share example documents, because almost all files are confidential, so I
can only share with you a part of table of content as example what document will contain,
or document which will be blurry and not readable.
