Please provide the following information:

THE DESIGN BRIEF

1. The size of the design (width x height). 

2. The file format/s you need (.JPG, .PDF...) 

3. If you’re ordering the source file please specify if you need .PSD or .AI. Both cost extra $10.

4. All the text you need to be included. NO SCREENSHOTS. 

5. Basic concept to be portrayed (unless you're willing to give me creative freedom). 

6. A few VISUAL references to the style you like.

7. If you need a photo to be included, please provide it.

8. For extra large files (more than 5'/60"/1.5 m in width/height) extra $10 is required.
