This program is a basic plan that is fitted for your specific needs. If you like the basic program you can upgrade to the full coaching plan.

After some back and forth between us i will create and send you the full program, it will include 2 check-ins, one after two weeks And one after 4 weeks to make sure everything is going according to plan.
