Description

We will do a Brazilian jiu jitsu private lesson. This consists of a technical warmup that will introduce you to the movements involved, then discussion and demonstration of a technique or set of techniques, followed by specific practice of that technique. Finally we will do this position in live rounds either between you and a partner, or you and myself. We will finish up by going over any questions you have, and giving you things to practice to continue to improve. If you are an experienced practitioner we can go over positions or techniques of your choosing, and if you're less experienced, I have a complete curriculum that can take you from absolute novice, to skilled martial artist in less time than you would believe.
