Yoga is beautiful for its diversity of ancient knowledge that has been accumulated and formed over more than 3,000 years. Thanks to this, it is possible to choose a direction that will maximize your potential and suit you specifically.

Vinyasa yoga, sometimes called "flow" yoga allows for poses to be connected together so we move seamlessly from one to the other. Movements are aligned with the breath. All classes will provide modifications and challenges to suit multiple practice levels.
