Custom Workout Plan
Description
I will create a custom weekly workout plan designed around your goals and schedule. Product will include a spreadsheet of reps/sets of exercises to be done on either a 3, 4, or 5 day workout routine throughout the week, depending on your schedule, experience level, and goals. Entire routine will be for a 1 month time frame, and can be updated for progressive overload after the month is finished.

I will provide a spreadsheet PDF document of exercises with detailed information on exactly what to do during your workouts.
