I train people to make fitness exercises correctly and to have a healthy lifestyle. I can help people know what protein bag I would reccomend to have a similar body like me. I am very severe trainer and all of my costemers are happy with the final results. I also have different training stiles: 1. To lose weight if you are fat. 2. To have some muscles, which can be done even for those who had done step 1. 3. To have big muscles and be a amateur bodybuilder. Those are my services.
