Description
In this course they will learn how to make craft beer, from grain grinding, water leveling and treatment, maceration temperatures and times, transfers of wort to cooking, advisable cooking times, losses of must in boil and solutions for this, wort cooling system, dry hopp techniques and proper cleaning of fermenters and ripeners. I will also explain how to bottle our product.
